“I request the fans of Tamil cinema not to confuse about the films and politics together’ said DMK Party Rajya Sabha MP Kanimozhi. It was a moment of launching the Tamil version of biography on Rajnikanth ‘Rajini Pera Kettale’ on Sunday evening.
Kanimozhi launched the book while City’s leading industrialist Neena Reddy received the first copy. Speaking on the occasion, Kanimozhi said “I would be happy if Gayathri pens a filmography on Rajnikanth for there is a rigid reason for it. He has been the only favorite actor of even small kids following MGR and this doesn’t happen with everyone”.
Actors Sivakumar, Srikanth, Narain, Kathadi Ramamurthy, Sampath, television artiste Chandralaxmanan, actresses Sandhya, Keerthi Chawla, directors P Vasu, Vijay, art director Thota Tharani, Mrs Suma Harris Jeyaraj and playback singers Chinmayee and Srilekha were present for the occasion receiving the first copies of biography..
