Soundarya Rajini's association with Nakul

Soundarya Rajinikanth is making waves in the film industry with diverse projects in film making. Her animation film ‘Sultan the warrior’ on her dad will soon be ready. Currently she is producing Venkat Prabhu’s Goa.

Now, the latest update from her Ochre studios reveals that she will be making a film with Kaadhalil Vizhunden Nakul in the lead role directed by Hosimin, an assistant director who had worked with Shankar in Sivaji.

It has been said that she and Nakul had studied together at Ashram school and are good buddies. This association seems to have helped her rope in the young hero in her project. When Hosimin recently narrated a story it has impressed the younger daughter of the Boss.

She had immediately called Nakul and after narrating the story to him has obtained his consent to feature in Hosimin’s film as hero. School connections do help in some cases after all!

Vipul Shah Buys Asin Shoes Worth 2 Lakh!

Asin, while she awaits the release of her Bollywood debut film Ghajini is also in Vipul Shah’s forthcoming film London Dream opposite another great Khan - Salman Khan.

In an important scene opposite Ajay Devgan, Asin complained that the shoes provided to her were uncomfortable and they did not look good either.

But Vipul Shah was in no mood to cancel his shooting for a pair of shoes. So he kept the unit waiting and quickly drove Asin to a Shoe store in Paris and patiently waited till Asin tried on a few pairs and finally selected one.

A source reveals, “The actress handpicked a lovely pair of black shoes, decorated with studs, worth 3000 euros or Rs 2 lakh approximately, and Shah, left with little option, paid for that pair and rushed back to the sets to resume the shoot with the lady.

Reportedly, Asin did not even enquire the cost of the shoes, and Vipul didn’t tell her about it either. Even the director-producer doesn’t seem to be complaining. He said he doesn’t compromise on the quality in his films.”

Wonder if that pair of shoes will go to her after the shooting of the film ends.

Prabhu Deva Frustrated With Salman

Noted producer Boney Kapoor has come forward to produce the Hindi version of the hit Telugu film Pokiri. Salman Khan plays the lead role while Bollywood actress Ayesha Takia dons the role of heroine.

No this is not hot news but the fact remains that this film has been in production for more than a year and half and this has become a focal point of frustration for choreographer turned director Prabhu Deva. The delay is primarily attributed to Salman Khan's attitude and with this Prabhu Deva frustrated. Salman has been very casual in giving dates for the progress of the film and this has affected the film's completion. Salman has signed and has finished about four films in the last one year.

Prabhu Deva is a sought after director in the south and he wanted to finish this film as soon as possible to return to south films. He is losing on important assignments because of this delay from Salman. One hopes things will go his way soon.

Aamir Khan on GQ magzine

Aamir Khan who rarely features on the cover of any magazine, will be seen hotting up the sex quotient of GQ magazines December edition. The perfectionist hunk looks awesome in the picture giving a serious look.

The editor of the magazine says, “Aamir Khan doesn’t appear on many magazine covers. The fact that he has chosen to work with GQ is a testament to the magazine’s 50-year old reputation as a publication featuring and read by intelligent, successful men.

What makes the cover story even more special is the fact that Karan Johar, allegedly a member of a rival camp in the film industry, has interviewed Khan - for the first time. The result is an entertaining, candid conversation that even Bollywood skeptics would find engaging.”

She Rejected 'Nude Photo Session' Offer

What is the next big thing after the Bikini…obviously it is the nude. No wonder fashion magazines and some websites have approached the lissome Mona Chopra for a nude photo session.

Mona Chopra, who in the past has shown no remorse in being brazenly bare all, coyly rejected these offers.

When asked why she rejected these nude offers the very articulate Mona said she respects her Indian values and Indian up bringing. Her moral consciousness has restricted her from accepting these offers. Umm these are nice words to hear from the queen of the bikini, will some big bucks change Mona's stance on this issue?
