Kerry Katona has stripped off to reveal the results of her £15,000 television makeover to a men's magazine.
And the former Atomic Kitten star said she was so shocked by the results that she cried.
Wearing a one piece cutaway swimming costume and high-heels, a confident Kerry strikes a provocative pose just eight weeks after the extensive cosmetic surgery in a sizzling photoshoot for ZOO magazine.
The 28-year-old star of supermarket Iceland's adverts has undergone £15,000 worth of plastic surgery to return to her pre-pregnancy figure with everything being filmed for an MTV show which airs this Sunday.
The mother of four gushed:
'I couldn’t even get my t*** into them before! Before the surgery, I was a GG – now I’m an E.'
In another shot she poses nude, save for a bedsheet sparing her blushes, displaying her newfound confidence.
Kerry said: 'I feel sexier, my confidence has come back and everyone keeps telling me how amazing I look, which is really cool.'
Kerry had the surgery - which was paid for by MTV bosses - days after being declared bankrupt over a £103, 327 tax bill.'I thought I was paying , but I hadn't paid enough. I've paid half a million in six months.
'I've been declared bankrupt but it's being annulled. I'm taking legal action against people', she said.
As well as revealing practically all, Kerry spoke about her stints in rehab for cocaine abuse including one stint following her ordeal when she and her husband ex-cabbie Mark Croft were held hostage at knifepoint and robbed in their home.Kerry said: 'I went back [to rehab] because I had a nervous breakdown after we were held hostage at knifepoint in our own home.
'By the end of it they had shut us in the toilet and blocked the door with a pool table.
'Mark and I were crying our eyes out. I think he was in tears because he felt like he couldn’t protect me.
'I was so scared I told them everything – where Mark’s watches were in the wardrobe, where the credit cards were, what the PIN numbers were… All in all, it lasted 70 minutes.
'The gang were filmed on our CCTV but they were all wearing balaclavas. The police think they know who did it, but say they can’t pin anything on them.'
But Kerry said that the burglars didn't know the identity of the house's famous owner, not till they entered the house.
She said: 'They did a few different houses around my way. Plus, when they walked in, they shouted: “Hey, you’re that bird from Atomic Kitten!"
'So they can’t have known who I was in advance.'
